These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you") and VortexPro Northwest LLC ("VortexPro," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, texting us, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services
VortexPro provides junk removal, hauling, and related cleanout services in the Pacific Northwest. We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, hazardous materials, or items outside our service capabilities.
2. Quotes and estimates
All online, phone, text, and photo-based quotes are rough estimates only. Final pricing is determined on-site based on actual volume, weight, item type, labor, access, disposal fees, and other conditions. You will be shown the final price before we begin work. Beginning work constitutes acceptance of the final price.
3. Scheduling and cancellations
Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs. You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with reasonable notice. Same-day cancellations after our crew has been dispatched may incur a trip fee.
4. Prohibited items
We do not accept hazardous waste, including but not limited to: asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, wet paint, solvents, fuels, propane tanks, ammunition, explosives, or other materials prohibited by law. If such items are present, we may refuse the job or charge additional fees.
5. Ownership and authorization
You represent that you own the items being removed or have full authority to dispose of them, and that you have the right to grant access to the property. Once items are loaded, ownership transfers to VortexPro and items may be recycled, donated, or disposed of at our discretion. Removed items cannot be returned. Check pockets, drawers, and containers before we haul.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods advertised at the time of service. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, plus reasonable collection costs.
7. Property access and condition
You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the removal site. We use reasonable care, but minor wear (scuffs, indentations in soft ground, etc.) can occur during heavy hauling and is not considered damage. Claims for alleged damage must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of service, with photos.

9. Disclaimers
OUR SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ESTIMATES ARE ACCURATE OR THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VORTEXPRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO OUR SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL VORTEXPRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF ITEMS (INTENDED OR UNINTENDED) AFTER LOADING.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VortexPro Northwest LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation about ownership or authorization, unsafe conditions at the property, or your violation of any law.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Dispute resolution
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue the matter in the courts identified above. You and VortexPro waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any dispute will be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
